Use of the Application

Cart Logic is designed as an agricultural planning and operational support tool intended to assist with:

• Air cart planning
• Product allocation
• Acreage calculations
• Seeding workflows
• Field operation support

No Professional Advice

Cart Logic does not provide agronomic, engineering, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

All calculations and recommendations are provided for planning purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying all operational decisions before implementation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cart Logic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

FarmNerd does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, calculation accuracy, data availability, or suitability for any specific farming operation.

Data and Backups

Cart Logic stores operational data locally on the user's device. FarmNerd does not automatically synchronize user data or maintain cloud backups.

Users are solely responsible for creating, storing, and maintaining backup copies of their operational data. FarmNerd cannot recover lost, deleted, corrupted, or damaged data or backup files.

Seed Tag Images

Seed tag photographs are stored solely as user reference images. Cart Logic does not read, interpret, verify, or validate the contents of these images.

Third-Party Services

Certain features may rely on third-party services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, subscription services, analytics, and crash reporting services. FarmNerd is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FarmNerd shall not be liable for crop loss, yield loss, application errors, equipment damage, financial loss, operational downtime, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Cart Logic.

Users assume full responsibility for all operational decisions and use of the application.
